Professional address: 34 route de la Canonge, 48160 Saint-Hilaire-de-Lavit, France.
Email correspondence
If you contact the artist by email, the information you choose to provide (name, email address, message and any other contact details) is used to respond and, where relevant, manage pre-contractual or professional discussions. It is not automatically used for a newsletter.
Depending on the enquiry, the legal basis is the legitimate interest in answering correspondence or taking steps at your request prior to entering into a contract.
Recipients and retention
Messages can be accessed by the artist and the technical service providers needed to run the email service. They are kept for as long as necessary to handle enquiries and related exchanges, or longer where required by law. Messages requiring no further action are deleted when they are no longer necessary to handle the enquiry. Where a professional relationship develops, relevant correspondence is kept for the duration of that relationship and thereafter only as necessary to comply with legal obligations or establish or defend legal rights.
